Scope of Work: Roadway Restoration of the following,

• Removal and grade of concrete roadway, asphalt roadway, curbs, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, handicap ramps
• Paving of asphalt binder and wearing
• Concrete pouring and finishing of roadway, curbs, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, handicap ramps
• Adjustments of catch basins, manholes, and water valves

We worked closely with CNO, Richard Lambert, and Hard Rock Const to improve the roadways and sidewalks in the Lakeview South area. This area included but was not limited to Milne, Catina, Colbert, Louisville, and Louis XIV from Harrison Ave to Kenilworth St and all of the cross streets from West End Blvd to Canal Blvd.

We improved the travel lanes and created a smoother driving surface while also creating proper drainage of the roadway. We also improved the walking paths by repairing a lot of the sidewalks and handicap ramps in the area.
